Wrightsville man pleads guilty to threatening U.S. Congress member

A Wrightsville man pleaded guilty to threatening to assault and murder a member of the U.S. House of Representatives. Troy Rishell, 48, sent a series of threatening voicemails to the representative's district office between February and May. The identity of the threatened member of Congress has not been disclosed by federal prosecutors.
